This course aims to introduce veterans and tactical professionals to the powerful connection between mindfulness and tactical thinking—helping you build resilience, manage stress, and enhance both your professional and everyday performance. This course expands upon the original three-week pilot to provide a comprehensive, in-depth experience that fully integrates mindful strategies into tactical decision-making, stress regulation, and long-term well-being. Designed specifically for veterans and those operating in high-stress environments, it will support your transition to civilian life, improve your focus, and develop a sustainable approach to performance optimization. Each week, we’ll explore key topics in depth, providing practical strategies and insights into how mindfulness can serve as a powerful tool in your personal and professional life. The structure of this course enables your engagement with the material as a participant, just as future students will.
